AXA-ARAG makes the content of MyRight.ch and the related pages available to all interested parties. However, all elements of the content are protected by copyright. Text, graphics, films or other elements that are available on MyRight.ch must only be utilized for personal purposes. Consent from AXA-ARAG must be obtained for republication of any elements.
Content on MyRight.ch may be viewed, printed and copied provided that this is done for personal purposes and not for commercial use (e.g. resale of downloaded documents or use in connection with an activity that would compete with the offerings of MyRight.ch or AXA-ARAG). Reproduction and/or further utilization of the content other than for personal use are prohibited. On MyRight.ch, you can pay with the following credit cards: Mastercard, Amex and Visa.
Credit card data is always encrypted to the highest possible standard. By paying with a credit card, you authorize AXA-ARAG to assign its claims to the relevant credit card company.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card data and debt collection data are transmitted to a provider in the USA which handles billing with your credit card company.
Changes
AXA-ARAG reserves the right to change or suppress Website content and these provisions at any time.
