You received an employment contract, but cannot start working?
In the case of a delay in acceptance of work, the two following conditions must be met for you to receive you contractually defined salary:
First, the reason for the delay must be in the risk scope of the employer. In the construction industry, this could be, for example, a pending permit or a lack of construction material.
Second, you must expressly offer your employer your labor. Although this can be done verbally, we recommend sending a registered letter. You can find a template in the appendix.
